A flying day is an event that takes place at the airport and combines activities in the sky and on the ground. Sports planes – the ultralight aircraft, hanglider and gyrocopter provide an unforgettable experience for those who decide to fly, while special activities are designed for those who stay on the ground. Certainly the most attractive look is to the sky, but to make the day interesting to everyone, the exhibition of crafts, various models of planes and other interesting features are also available to those who prefer to be grounded.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

FLYING SEGMENT

These are just some of the activities on the ground that can be organised. We can suggest other interesting things according to the theme of the event and the profile of your guests.
1. Refreshments
in form of canapes, cold or warm self serving.

Note: Alcohol is not not allowed at the airport.
2. Caricatures
Two artists will draw your quests’ faces in an interesting way. This memory is something your guests can take home, on a paper with your company’s logo. The making of one caricature takes 10 minutes.
3. Magician
One of the best Serbian magicians will perform a show to make the audience laugh. Afterwards, he can stay with the guests and display some tricks for smaller groups of people, giving them small gifts and pulling inexpected things from their pockets and behind their ears…
4. Creative welcoming
At the entrance, your guests can be welcomed by a levitating ghost from Aladin, an astronaut or a line of stewardesses wearing your company’s firm.
5. Creative photobooth
With interesting accessories related either to aviation or your company, guests can take photos and have them either printed or sent in a digital format.
6. Business massage
In a separate place within the hangar, your visitors can be surprised by a business massage. The therapeuts bring special chairs and the visitors sit fully clothed. The massage lasts 5 – 10 minutes and includes the neck, the shoulders and the back.

Let’s see how precise your guest are at target practice!
8. Quiz
As one of the attactions, we can organise a quiz on spot, in which your guests will be divided in groups. The topic can be coordinated with your company goals.
9. Prize competition
If you wnat a special surprise for your guests at the end of the day, or you want to intrigue them in order to stay longer, we can organise a competition which will award special prizes in form of presents, services or something related to your company.
10. Table tennis
With a table, four rackets and balls, your guests will surely have a good time.
11. Animators on stools
A very attractive show in which professional animators on stools entertain your guests! These magical characters will dance with your guests and bring magic to the event.
12. Dance show
Your guests will be inspired by a short dance show. Show is performed by state champions and highly skilled professionals. We can design the show to teach your guests some moves and heat up the atmosphere a bit!
13. Treasure hunt
Your guests can be entertained by a treasure hunt. This is a game in which a couple of teams compete by solving a few puzzles on five locations. The fastest ones will get personalised prizes at the end.
14. Logic games
If you wish to surprise your guests with some intelectual and manual challenges, we can organise that as well. Competition in teams, and for the best ones – prizes will be guaranteed.
15. Swordsmanship
Apart from a presentation of a real duel, performed by highly skilled professionals, your guests can also try this skill out.
16. Table football
Your guests can enjoy a good game of football, whether they are two people or a group of eight, divided into teams.
CAN MORE PEOPLE BE INCLUDED IN THE FLYING DAY?
Of course. The basic package includes flying activities for 40 people and another 250 guests for non-flying activities. Additional flights are charged by person, by aircraft. In one hour, five people can fly on a single aircraft.
The maximum number of people who can fly in one day is 130. Then it is necessary that the flying part of the event lasts for minimum 5 hours and include a total of 12 ultra-small aircraft: 5 planes, 2 gyrocopters and 5 motor hangliders.
The number of people on the ground does not directly affect the price, unless you decide on ground activities that are charged per person (for example, a business massage).
WHERE IS THE RIGHT TIME FOR A FLYING?
The ideal time is between April and October. The event can be organised on weekdays or weekends, and the optimal time is 3-5 hours. During the hottest summer months, a hanglider can not fly in the middle of the day, only early in the morning and after 17 h.
In the event of bad weather, in cooperation with you, we define a spare date and w notify the visitors. The final date, for safety reasons, is confirmed 48 hours prior to the event when the most precise weather forecast is available.
WHERE IS THE AIR SHOW ORGANISED?
The most adequate space is provided within the airport in Belgrade and therefore our basic offer includes the organisation of the Air Show at the sports airport in Zemun Polje.
The event can be organised in almost every city in which there is a sports airport in Serbia, depending on what works best for your company.
HOW SAFE IS IT?
Safety is the most important principle in aviation. If statistically viewed, flying is safer than driving vehicles around the country or moving through traffic in the role of pedestrians. Still, many people have a fear of flying.
When organising an event, Perfect Surprise takes care of safety at the highest level, which involves cooperation only with top-level aeroclubs, excellent pilots, the majority of which are instructors and / or state champions, while strictly respecting all legal regulations (allowed strength and direction of the wind, weight of a person, etc.).
