How does Urgent help work?
It works like any other package – Mini, Standard or Premium, but because of the short deadline, our agency fee is 40% more expensive. We work every day, on weekends or holidays. The price of the gifts remains the same, only the agency fee is higher. You can use this package if you have at least 72 hours till the delivery time.
How do Perfect surprise vouchers work?
Vouchers are used mostly to buy time and to be your savior when you remember last minute that you could give someone an unusual gift. So, today for today, today for tomorrow …
The procedure is the same as when ordering any Perfect Surprise packages.
The difference is that instead of gift packages, you go to your loved one with a perfect surprise voucher (surprise voucher, Secret, Super Secret, or Business surprise vouchers), while we’re creating presents.
So, you still need to fill out a questionnaire about the person we are preparing a surprise for, determine the budget for gifts, etc. We send you all suggestions of surprises, you approve them, make a payment, but the gifts will not be processed (ordered, made, personalised, wrapped) before you go to the celebration.
With this voucher you are essentially buying time, while at the same time not appearing empty handed. The person gets an elegant voucher from you and announcements that you have prepared something interesting …
And then, when your loved one contacts Perfect Surprise on the basis of the voucher, we will ask in what period they are ready for surprises (for example, we need to have a timeframe of ten days). During this period, Perfect Surprise (in cooperation with you) delivers the gifts to this person. So the uncertainty is still in the air …
There are several types of surprise vouchers, and each of them can be combined with any package you choose (Standard, Premium, Urgent help) and with any kind of surprise (Romantic, Birthday, School, Family, Business …):
1. SURPRISE VOUCHER
You select surprise type, we design the surprise together and then you give your loved one Surprise Voucher instead of standard gift. He/She has to use it within 45 days, whenever he/she wants. Your surprise remains secret until the beginning of the realization.
2. SECRET SURPRISE VOUCHER
You buy Surprise voucher for your loved one and give us basic information contained in our questionnaire (available time, budget, personal data, etc) and we create surprise. You give your loved one voucher and neither of you two knows what the surprise is until the beginning of its realization.
3. SUPER SECRET SURPRISE VOUCHER
It is same as Surprise Voucher or Secret Surprise Voucher, but this one is sent to your loved one by mail or we deliver it another way. (You are not the one who gives the present.) This way your identity remains secret and he/she doesn’t know who surprised him/her until the end of the surprise. When the surprise is over, you can decide whether you want to reveal your identity.
4. BUSINESS SURPRISE VOUCHER
You buy Surprise Voucher for business partner, client, colleague or boss and we choose and design surprise together. Either you or we give voucher, and he/she can use it within 45 days.
